We offer 30 days Return Guarantee on all products shipped provided they are unused, packed, and sealed in the same condition as received.

We do not offer Product Returns once the product has been opened or if the seal is broken.

The refund is usually processed as soon as the mail requesting a refund is received. The refund for a canceled order takes place within 5-7 days from the day of mail received.

We take the utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you the way you had seen it on our website. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. We would be more than happy to replace or refund your order under such circumstances. We would request you to reach out to us via email and let us know about the damage along with the attached images so we can process the replacement/refund.

In case of refunds, The amount paid by you will get refunded using the mode of payment within 5-7 days. If a refund via payment gateway is not possible, our customer team will contact you to share NEFT / RTGS details in order to transfer the money.

To cancel your order, write to us at support@pureethics.in, along with the reason for cancellation. We will process the request once the mail is received.

Orders/ Shipping

After you have placed the order, you will get an email + SMS confirming each order received with us. Please check your email inbox and junk folder, and if you want any correction, you are requested to get in touch with us.

Please write to us at support@pureethics.in for any corrections that are to be made to your order. We will process the request (if possible) as soon as the mail is received.

Once the order is placed, its status can be viewed in the Orders tab under My Account option present at the top right corner of the website. Once it is shipped, An email with the tracking ID along with the delivery partner is also sent to the customer. The order shipment can be tracked using this tracking information.

Orders are shipped via BlueDart, FedEx, ECom, Delhivery, XpressBees Courier Service, and delivered within 2-7 days depending on location.
